  • A standard ceiling measures anywhere from 7ft-8in up to 10 feet in ceiling height and a rough opeining of 54in by 22 1/2 inches wide

  • we will lengthen the opening to accomodate our ladder at no extra cost if need be.

*Please note, attic ladder installs on the second floor require an additional $200 fee since they take a bit more time and care to complete.

* If your ceiling height is 10ft to12ft, our cost is $1,900.00 total

  • If your floor to ceiling height measures anywhere within these measurements and your rough opeining width is 22 1/2in wide by 64in, our cost will be $1,900.

  • We will lengthen to accomodate our ladder at no extra cost if need be.

How much extra do you charge if I already have an existing ladder that needs to be replaced?

Steppin’ Up charges no additional cost to remove your existing ladder and get it replaced with a new one!

Where can I get a quote for my install?

Steppin’ Up does not give out quotes. We only have two prices that are stated above. Nothing more, nothing less!

Do you charge extra to install in home instead of in our garage area?

We at Steppin’ Up charge nothing additional if you want to install an attic ladder in your home instead of inside of your garage! The only exception being attic ladder insatalls on the second floor will accure a $200 fee!

What if I want an attic ladder installed where I currently don’t have access to my attic?

We will assess the area and make sure we have enough clearance both in your attic and in your home for a possible ladder installation. If we have enough clearance, Steppin’ Up charges nothing additional for the install.

I have an existing attic opening but it isnt large enough to install an attic ladder, How much more will this cost me?

If your attic access needs to be lengthened to accomodate our attic ladder, we will assess the area and make sure we have enough clearance to possibly install our attic ladder. If we deem it possible, Steppin’ Up charges nothing additional for this service.

Yes! Steppin’ Up offers a $100 discount for first responders, military (active/ retired) and educators! Don’t forget to let us know if these apply so we can give you your well deserved discount!
